Yesterday I had a call from a financial manager in Atlanta, Georgia requesting a list of luxury leases with ocean view for his client who wants to "winter" in the coastal area of Los Angeles County.  I thought I'd share the information with my readers.
Luxury leases currently available along the coast in Los Angeles County (south of LAX):
Palos Verdes Peninsula:  13 Luxury leases priced over $6000 per month are currently available.  Top asking price is $30,000 per month for a home with two bowling lanes and a host of other amenities!
Manhattan Beach:  17 Luxury leases priced over $6000 per month are available.  Top asking price is $25,000 for a single family home on the famous Strand--where the street ends and the ocean begins.
Hermosa Beach:  11 Luxury leases priced over $6000 per month are listed for lease.  Top asking price is $20,000 for a home on The Strand--beach volleyball anyone?

Coastal Leases in Palos Verdes--Many with Ocean View!

Sometimes the best calls come at the most unexpected moments. Monday, while having lunch with fellow agents, my phone rang, and since I was expecting acceptance on an offer, I excused myself from the table and took the call.
