Palos Verdes Homes, Condos and Townhomes for Lease - June 2011

This is lease week for me! I'm showing leases today to a couple in from out of state. Tomorrow I have a lease move-in, move-out inspection and I hope to be submitting an offer to lease on a Palos Verdes home for my prospective tenants from out of town. My lease listing at 2321 Chelsea Rd will have new tenants next month so needless to say, I've been quite involved with the luxury lease market in Palos Verdes of late.

16 Condos/Townhomes are available for lease in all of Palos Verdes priced from $1,200 to $5,200. 4 Condos/Townhomes leased in May in from $1,395/month to $2,700/month.
